LA CHIUSA - COOKERY CLASSES
Our cookery classes put the attention on "method". They are based on the ability to
recognize the best ingredients and the ability to use oil free cooking methods.
Great Italian recipes are important especially when combined with healthy culinary
concepts.
Creating simple dishes full of flavour is the prime objective of
the course: You will learn to make proper pasta by hand, patato gnocchi, pizza,
breads, desserts. You will learn to make high quality gourmet meat dishes that are
extremely tasty and simple to make.
The cookery classes are organised on request
and are arranged according to the needs of participants. They can go from a single
day course to a four-day course which broadens out to an overview of Italian cuisine.
Courses begin in the afternoon. They last three or four hours depending on the number
of participants. Students will be immersed in hands on cooking, learning and tasting.

LA CHIUSA - KITCHEN LAB
This is a dining/gourmet experience that integrates cooking, socialising and
dining with an added surprise!
A full 360° cookery class experience here at La Chiusa..
Participants in the Kitchen Lab (4 to 6) will receive from MasterChef Masha Rener
informations about a specific food category. The participants then pick 3 ingredients
in that category. Masha will then show them how to create a top quality menu out of
these core ingredients.
Participants prepare their menu, cook the dinner and then test it out and enjoy it in the restaurant.
If they want, they can invite one or two guests to join them!
