Always been the pride of our restaurant. Strictly cooked in the wood oven, our bread is made with sourdough and served at the table in two different types: the most delicious and rich potato and cheese bread and healthy whole wheat bread and Khorasan, the ancient grain dating to the Egyptians, better known under the name of Kamut.

From the small vineyards of the La Chiusa, every year we produce our red wine. Until it's available served it is our house wine and you can also buy small quantities separately. It is a blend of Sangiovese, Barbera and Sagrantino and it is vinified according to the rules of organic farming.

At our organic farm, you can find different types of canned food, produced according to availability from our garden and our fruit trees. Jams, sauces and past are certified by the marks AIAB and ICEA and purchased exclusively from La Chiusa.

Depending on the seasonality of production you can buy our vegetables directly from the farm.
